Great experience, went for my teammates' bachelor's party. Very welcoming! They will definitely be missed!!
Chateaux Bellevue has always been a favorite of ours. It is with sadness that Gerard, the owner, is retiring and has sold it.
Wonderful food, great service. Fantastic atmosphere.
Beautiful setting with interesting decor! Food was outstanding and wait staff was excellent. View of the surrounding scenery was amazing!
It is good country French style restaurant. Fancy french cuisine it is not. However the food is solid and tasty. One comments is the side dishes they are all the same regardless the entry.
Everything was wonderful.
I’ve had a house in Hunter Mt. for five years & I cannot believe this gem was right under our nose all this time! We loved the atmosphere and nostalgia of this place. Outstanding experience from food to service. Highly recommend.
The atmosphere is great. The place is very pleasant. Some of the dishes were wonderful. Some so so. I’ve had better French food in my life but overall it was a pleasant experience and the wait staff super nice.
Great service and great food.
Amazing food with a great view and the nicest staff!

Authentic French cuisine with the most beautiful panoramic view!
For such an easy place to go into and have dinner it's exceptional. Really high quality french and italian dining. Lovely property with a nice view. Highly recommend.
Loved Chateau Belleview! Food was excellent from appetizer to dessert! Excellent service, great country atmosphere and country French cuisine. Highly recommended for après ski meals, romantic night out or family meal!
This past weekend I visited Château Belleview in Tannersville, New York. First, the beef carpaccio appetizer came out frozen with ice chips covering it. The entrées and side dishes of mashed potatoes and rice unfortunately were inedible. The tiramisu was drenched in rum and the sorbet had vodka in it. For most people, this might be enjoyable, however, for people who are pregnant, sober, on medication, or allergic to alcohol, it is not. It is unacceptable to serve a dish that contains alcohol without letting the guest know, especially because these items were not listed on the menu nor described.
Food is absolutely delicious; the atmosphere very special. You can tell a lot of thought and effort goes into both. We love it here.
