I've said it many times but it can't be said enough. This is the best restaurant in Rockland County. I've lived in the county for 51 years and though there are many terrific restaurants IL Portico is in a class by itself. Pepe and Paige are unique hosts creating an atmosphere that is both relaxed and elegant at the same time. The food is presented superbly and is always delicious. The service is always outstanding. We really enjoyed our special anniversary dinner. Service was excellent. Unlike many restaurants we were not rushed and felt like we were in the home of a gracious host. Food was phenomenal and the house red was delicious.
