The staff were kind and lovely. I got my bibimbap bowl immediately, but the wait for the stir fry noodles was quite long. I work locally but I’m not very familiar with the area, so I tried Bibille through Uber Eats. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was really happy with my order. I got the beef ramen, which usually comes with one egg, but I added an extra just in case. Honestly, one probably would have been enough. I also ordered a small side of kimchi, which was a perfect addition. The ramen was flavorful and filling.

For a relatively small restaurant, Bibille offers a wide selection of Korean and Japanese dishes. At a recent lunch, we sampled the bibim bowl, vegetable dumplings, mochi donut, and bubble tea. Everything was very tasty and, except for the donut, made to order on the spot. Even the bubble tea was blended and served up as a smoothie, and a delicious one at that. The prices were very reasonable, and service was prompt.
