Taste of China Reviews
Five stars for the spicy chili sauce section. Very aromatic and not greasy. Only legit Chinese dish around here without traveling to Hartsdale.
Mango Bubble Tea is a must try one
Although mainly a takeout restaurant, they do have a good amount of seating. And they also have a large variety of vegan dishes including many mock meat dishes.
We had vegan General Tso beef and vegan chicken with mixed vegetables, both of which are very good with very large portion sizes at a reasonable price.
We had the scallion pancake, too, but it was very oily.
We've eaten here before and will come back again because their food is not bad at all.

Taste of China is a small Chinese restaurant located in the downtown area of a small town. Despite its unassuming appearance, the restaurant offers a wide variety of food options, including a full vegan menu with vegan chicken, beef, and seafood dishes. The reviews praise the authenticity and quality of the dishes, with the Beef Sesame and the chicken with mustard greens being particularly noteworthy. The hot and sour soup and the egg drop soup are also described as excellent. While the restaurant may have a slightly outdated feel, the reviews suggest that this often leads to the best-tasting places. The owners and staff are also praised for their friendly and helpful demeanor, with the owners even getting involved in a local parade. Overall, Taste of China seems to be a hidden gem, offering a more authentic and high-quality Chinese dining experience than the average takeout place.
