Lobby renovation underway so did not expect much from this bar/restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful meal and fabulous service (shrimp w/lobster risotto, marinated chicken breast, and apple cobbler). Same chef and menu will be moving to a new space off the newly renovated hotel lobby as The Crossing.

I was AMAZED at the level of customer service I received. Every employee with whom I interacted gave me outstanding service. All of these employees are masters of "service with a smile." Friendly, personable, efficient, and radiating beautiful energy. Of course, given they are located inside a Marriott Hotel, I need not be surprised. While staying at the Marriott where Cooper's Mill is located, I had dinner twice and breakfast once.

Their teriyaki wings are the nest I've ever tasted! The burgers were amazing too!

Don't spend 25 dollars for that buffet breakfast. Wasn't even as good as free breakfast in other hotels. All muffins were old, bread old French toast old. Good bacon. Oatmeal wasn't oats. Also the night before, our dinner was inedible. 3 people ordered steak at medium and we all got well done dried out steaks. I'm guessing because the steakhouse next door is in charge of the steaks lol. Wings perfect and mussels outstanding.

Leftover cream for coffee was bad, started to separate in our coffee. Front entrance was closed, would be nice if there was a sign or something to tell customers to go through the hotel to get to the restaurant.

Didn't eat, so can't comment on food. Nice bar area, dim lighting and cozy. Mix of high top tables, low tables and wrap around bar area. Place had a cool vibe. The wine was good, but overpriced.

Good customer service. It's attached to the hotel.....the food is meh. There are definitely better options close by if you are hungry.

Service is super slow. Decent food if you are trapped in the hotel.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is the possible option. (and fries)
Parking: Free parking in the hotel parking lot
My husband and I recently dined at Cooper's Mill. We loved everything about it. Especially our server Guillermo Martinez was incredibly helpful, honest and passionate about his recommendations. We ended up happy with everything he suggested and will definitely come back
I was there with a group and we had a buffet, so it's hard to judge the restaurant. But it was ok and the waiter was super nice
$23.95 per person for the continental breakfast your average hotel gives you for free. Loads of inexplicably wet, lukewarm breakfast classics, they’re all here! My favorite was the potatoes(steamed??) with tasteless spices that mostly served to cover up that the potatoes turned colors from being out too long. Brilliant work I wanted to die the entire time I was here.
Delicious chicken sandwich, watermelon feta salad, and top notch dirty martini. Conveniently located hotel access was perfect for a late business arrival.
