My stepdaughter was charged for food via debit card & was told the transaction was not approved after seeing it was. She logged in to her bank account and saw she had been charged twice for the same order. She requested to speak to a manager to correct the issue and get reimbursed to be told that she was charged only once and that a manager was not available.
