Arrived at Starbucks about 12 mins before they close and was refused service because “they close in 10 min.” Ended up having to hop back on the the interstate and driving 11 miles down the road where they prepared my coffee within 5 min.

Person on the register wearing glasses very rude. When it was my turn to order, he proceeded to look at a book and pretend I wasn’t there. When I proceeded to say good morning and place my order he caught an attitude. Don’t recommend this place would never go back.
Unacceptable to stop the espresso machine 15 minutes before closing time.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a simple black coffee, which usually doesn’t take long, but the guy at the counter didn’t give me my order. I waited for about 10 minutes, and when I went to check on it, he told me to wait without even checking or preparing it. The staff wasn’t even busy. I expect better service, especially for something as straightforward as black coffee.
