The one black worker in particular with dreads is absolutely rude, idk where you find people like this to work. Nothing is free in Starbucks and the workers are paid. So whats the problem..HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR MY ORDER THAT WAS WRONG...01/26/26 1030am 3 employees 2 male 1 female, at this point i think the employer is afraid to fire these useless, rude workers. The black female was cursing that customers were walking in with snow and messing up the floor. They hate their jobs but still show up because they have no other options.
There workers are very rude, argues with customers. No smile, no thank you. The new breed of ungrateful employees. Had it been me conducting the hiring process it would be an immediate NO.

ZERO stars. They are regularly refusing to serve customers starting around 5:20-5:25 pm when the store closes at 6. Mobile orders become unavailable and when you walk to the counter they refuse to serve you in person as well. We are nurses that rely on our drinks for night shift. This is absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory. The response from the 2 employees at the counter tonight was “well I don’t know what else to say” and “we close a little early.” When I asked what time I needed to order my drink in order to receive it, they said “by 5 o’clock.” So I have to order my espresso an hour before the store closes? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today. The moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly that it genuinely made my morning. My latte came out perfectly—smooth, hot, and exactly how I like it.
I also loved how cozy the atmosphere felt. I ended up staying longer than planned because it was just such a relaxing spot to unwind and reset.
Honestly, it’s become one of my favorite places to start my day.

Arrived at Starbucks about 12 mins before they close and was refused service because “they close in 10 min.” Ended up having to hop back on the the interstate and driving 11 miles down the road where they prepared my coffee within 5 min.
