Service sucks, I did not get what I asked for.Paid 10 bucks for a custom drink and they did not follow any of what should have been in there.Asked for whole milk got 2 percentAsked for 2pumps of vanilla in my matcha latte did not get any.Payed extra for 2 extra shotsspilled half of my drink after mixing in the shots.The employees have so much attitude.They do not care about how the drinks come out at all.I got charged for some extra milk which never happened at any Starbucks before.Thought hey it’s all the same it’s a Starbucks how bad can it be but I learned my lesson on don’t go to a Starbucks with bad reviews, they definitely have reasons for them.

Everything above the lobby of this property needs to be replaced. The rooms are dark, old, worn and have stained carpeting. The hallways are dimly lit as are the guest rooms. Housekeeping did not replace the shower gel in the containers. I would avoid this hotel

a decent starbucks inside the sheraton hotel tarrytown which was a good place to chill while waiting for an estate sale that was starting in 1 hour. i dont get the bad reviews at all as this starbucks is spacious with plenty of seating in a cool modern decor vibe. the workers were friendly and quick , my frappuccino was cold and sweet , my bagel with cream cheese was good , wifi is strong and bathroom was clean , so i can say without a doubt that starbucks in tarrytown is ok with me and now i think a lemon frosted pound cake should hold me till dinner time or not .4 stars on my yelp meter and the smooth jazz playing was decent.

Had to ask her 3x and another employee to make it. He was nice enough to tell her how to make it. And then gave me my drink all spilled out in the cup. We were pleasantly surprised by this delightful and well located hotel. We almost canceled our reservation after seeing recent reviews on TripAdvisor, but ended up being very happy with our room. The only cosmetic issues were a crack in the shower wall and the only thing that we wish the hotel would change is the horrible beds. Cosmetically the room was very nice, and there were no issues at all. We just wish they would update their beds as ours was probably one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on, and the bed was very freaky and noisy. The location is with a few minutes of the Tarrytown train station which will get you to NYC for a great day trip. The hotel has a Starbucks and several Tesla chargers. The hotel also has a fitness center and I think they have a pool. The staff was SUPER friendly! The hotel’s restaurant was good and there was plenty of parking, there is a super market and liquor store in the same parking lot. The hotel is in the perfect location to get to the Hudson River, Lyndhurst Mansion, Sleepy Hollow, great restaurants and a really charming downtown area. We would stay at this hotel again if they update their beds.

Absolutely horrible! I just witnessed a poor girl get yelled at repeatedly and have water thrown in her face because of how understaffed they are. They left her with someone who has no idea what they're doing. SHAME ON YOU MANAGEMENT! This girl looks like a teenager my heart aches for her. Clearly the manager has not a care in the world for their employees. Management should be fired and investigated, I will never come here again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know as well. Please don’t ever come here.
