The whole order was wrong and the owner Francesca told us it wasn’t her problem and we were wrong. I really hope their calls are recorded so the owner can hear how she speaks to customers about THEIR restaurant incorrectly preparing orders and then doing nothing about it.
They mess up orders all the time!!! The new round of workers that they have don’t pay attention!!! They suck!
I’m visiting from VT and I kept hearing about how VT doesn’t know how to make bagels. These are AMAZING!!! And the variety of the cream cheese are out of this world! We went back twice. I highly recommend.
