Five stars for the spicy chili sauce section. Very aromatic and not greasy. Only legit Chinese dish around here without traveling to Hartsdale.

I don't lnow if i caught these guys on a bad day. I was just passing thru at 5pm and had the urge for some chinese take out. I purchased a simple order of Half Chicken with plain fried rice. Having been in the restaurant business I can tell you that they must've refried or used days old chicken or chicken that was simply left over from the prior day that didn't sell. I'd understand if it was thawed out of the freezer same day. But this was fried the previous not that day and then refried or heated. It was hard , day and brittle. Almost beef beef jerky like. The fried rice had absolutely no taste. Plain fried rice normaly has small traces of chopped scallions and sprouts. And you would pick up on the sear and toast from having gone through a wok. This was a plain yellow rice served straight out of a crock pot. No wok preparation and suoer salty. None of the herbaceous flavors you'd normally associate with friend rice.. Unfortunately I didn't have to e to turn back , since I live in NYC and was over 40 mins away by the time I tasted this poor excuse for chinese take out. The next morning my stomach was killing me. Further evidence they used old / expired chicken.. Might be the worst experience I've had with chinese take out in my life.

I usual take the drive to Tarrytown from white plains because the food is normally great . This time it was terrible . Sesame chicken hard and dry, egg foo young greasy. So disappointed.

I have to go to NY for good Chinese food. We requested the large shrimp for the lo mein, fried rice & hunan shrimp dishes. We also got the pad Thai & shrimp rolls. Very tasty. They got the order right. And the man was nice.

Taste of China is a very good restaurant, with freshly made dishes and very good service. Food was very good, with a diverse menu and plenty of flavor.
It used to be the best Chinese take out in town. Chicken and beef are like rubber now. It doesn’t taste like real meat.

Best Chinese food ever, I order from here regularly. Food is tasty and staff is always friendly and nice. There are even a bunch of vegan options too that are really good!
Vegetarian options: Vegan beef with broccoli and vegan sesame Chicken are my favorite. There's vegan chicken, beef, and shrimp meals available.
