They don't make anything fresh here just defrost the frozen ones including the avocado toast! The prices are ridiculous for not a fresh food. Staffs are great!

Definitely a gem hidden in a hotel. They're muffins were delicious along with our late night snacks of fries, quesadillas, and flatbread. With it being a little pricey being in a hotel the food was worth the price. Service was fast and friendly.

Was trapped in New York with 13 co-workers due to the weather our flights were canceled. We were lucky enough to be able to book rooms here. After a long bad day, it was refreshing to be taken care of. The food was very good, I had grilled cheese and tomato soup, and the drinks were awesome too, I had an espresso martini. In the morning, I had avocado toast. The prices were on the higher side, but the service was first class!

It is the food here that make me return every tine.
The room is comfortable and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel is currently being renovated, but the restaurant is still open and other services in the hotel appear to be available. Marriott needs to improve the app for self check in and being notified when your room is ready. This is the reason I gave 4 stars.
Sheets had skid mark poop stains upon arrival when pulling back the bedspread.... Disgusting. Housekeeping took 45 minutes to come change the sheets. Hair found when getting into the shower. Their mattresses are rock hard, like sleeping on the floor! Seriously, you'd get a better night's sleep on the couch across the room. I had to leave in the middle of the night because of the bed being so uncomfortable. I couldn't even get 5 minutes of sleep. Skipping this place from now on. I would've been more comfortable in my car.
We had a little getaway from the city for 2 nights. The suite we booked was clean, comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the living room had a small balcony, a coffee maker, a small fridge and a microwave, so we were able to have breakfast in our room. They have a Starbucks in the front lobby and a mini store where you could buy breakfast items, but fortunately we didn't have to. What makes this place special, though, are the people that work there. From the front desk people to the maintenance staff, each individual was warm, friendly, accommodating, and really did make us feel that it was their pleasure to serve us. I don't think I've ever had such an across the board positive experience. Congratulations to all of them.
Place was empty. Waitress said she was the only one working in the restaurant that night. Burger tasted microwaved and overdone. service was worse. Manager told me they don't have pickles. Waitress was rude to my wife. All these great reviews must be paid-reviews. I would have enjoyed sitting down in Wendy's more I think
This hotel was comfortable and clean. Very modern decor, especially in the lobby. Staff friendly. Parking and location convenient. Our only problem - and this is not a dealkiller - is that the "Bistro" was understaffed and very slow. It would have taken 20 minutes to get a re-warmed hamburger because there was one party ahead of us, so we went to Wendy's.
So we checked in around 7:30 PM and it felt like the lady at the desk was doing us a favor. She told us the hotel was full and she would try to get us the room we had booked, which included a sofa bed for our child. We weren’t provided our customary bottles of water or snacks because “not every Marriott provides that to Elite members”. Water bottles were priced at $4 and up. The phone in the room was not working so I called the front desk on my mobile to ask for a blanket for the kid. 45 min later no blanket. We went to check out the bistro in the pleasant looking lobby when our child called saying that someone had dropped off a microwave in the room. A microwave, wtf! And no blanket! I walked up to the front desk from the bistro and informed the same lady. No apology, nothing. We ordered some food at the bistro. The only bright light during our stay was the bartender, James, I think his name was. Friendly and funny and more than earned his tip. Can’t say the same unfortunately about the bistro burger (although the fries rocked) or the Cobb salad ?mediocre and iffy fresh ingredients)! Overall disappointing for sure! Unfortunate because I was looking forward to the stay based on other guest reviews.

My wife and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend. Overall it was a very nice stay. - The room was clean and we had service every day. - The bed was comfortable. - The bathroom amenities were good (the wall-mounted, pump-style that is becoming more common). - It was very quiet. We noticed no hallway or neighbor noise at all. - The restaurant/cafe looked nice but we never made use of it. - The staff was very friendly. The hotel is built into a hill and between two large rock retaining walls. This made our room (2nd floor, but actually level with the ground) dark. That was fine as it was nice for sleeping. However, if you are looking for a view or natural light, you might want to look for a higher floor. We stayed using reward points, so I can't comment on the price.
Stayed 2 nights for my sons wedding and could not be happier with our experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lily in particular went out of her way to make our stay worry free, for all the guests. There were many rooms booked for this occasion and not one complaint from anyone staying there. Overall a very good experience.
This hotel has been modified and renovated in the lobby, but just know the rooms are very dated. Unfortunately, most rooms have joining doors and I can hear my neighbors and their kids. It’s very uncomfortable for me and hate to sleep. If you like a firm bed, good for you. After one night I felt like I slept in a sleeping bag aka the floor. If comfort doesn’t matter, this is the place for you. Nice people working. Very clean but limited cafe hours and the rooms are just so dated. Unfortunately I would not come back here.
Friendly staff, dated hotel. My room had a access door and my next door neighbor was Chatty Cathy. It was like, she was sleeping beside me and wouldn’t stop talking. The rooms are thin, the noise level is terrible. On a positive note, Chatty Cathy had very good comments about her petunia garden. This place needs a structural makeover.
This hotel refused to offer the rate I booked online. Refused to believe that I work for the government. Spent 15 minutes in the back leaving me at the counter only to tell me they would not honour my rate. I'm a silver member. I've never had this issue before. I used the computer to book myself in at a hotel 20 minutes away only to have Joel then say he'd honour my rate plus give 2000 points??!! Why the change of heart?? I have never, ever been treated so poorly at a hotel. The lobby was crowded and it was humiliating. My loyalty to the Marriott brand is gone.
