We come here to browse the shop and get lunch, it's one of my favorite places. I dream about the BLT sandwich with a side of onion rings lol. Simple meal but always so delicious. My husband is a bit more adventurous and usually gets something off the specials of the day menu and he's always had great food too. Very friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Eats N Tiques in Thendara for a two-night getaway as a little treat for myself, and I absolutely LOVED it!
The location is fantastic! It’s right in Thendara, just behind the train station, and close enough to Old Forge to enjoy everything the area has to offer without dealing with the noise, traffic and craziness of staying right in town. Eats n Tiques is an awesome place, an antique shop with a great little restaurant attached. The food is made fresh and was delicious. Sandwiches were delicious, and a cheeseburger and a Philly Cheese Steak were both very good. The burgers are amazing. The place itself was clean and very nice. The service was great, and the service was amazing. It's a quiet, relaxing lunch place and a wonderful addition to the Old Forge area.
There is a diverse assortment of truly interesting things to purchase and reasonably priced. One can spend about an hour looking through the shop, and there was so much variety. It's a special place with a nice atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and super friendly, and they cook all the food himself fresh to order. They are doing an amazing job. This spot is right across from the train station and has been here for 200 years. The owners are excited about a new Speakeasy opening soon in the cellar, and they just got their liquor license. This should be fun! Visitors look forward to stopping in and will most definitely be back.
