Tommy Stratis, the owner of this once reputable and well respected business, is a Class A shyster. If you own a small business or don’t like seeing small businesses get fk’ed, then do us a favor and don’t patronize this business. Tom has no issues screwing his honest vendors out of money he owes them. The man is an arrogant prick with zero conscience.
I have been coordinating parties at Casarina’s since 2021. Since the new owners took over, they have been extremely rude and obnoxious. The old owner over a year ago quoted me one price with them. Then a month ago I called and found out he sold, however, the new owner told me as a courtesy they would honor the price. Now 5 days before my party they denied everything and told me it wasn’t true and raised my prices. Poor business ethics. Poor management. I spoke to the new owner Blair Krasnoqi who was rude. I told him that I have had many parties there and he flat out told me he didn’t care. He was trying to over charge me for the alcohol package at $25/hour/person. On the new menu it clearly states $20/person unlimited as of December 2, 2024. When I told him, I am a long standing customer and would continue to have parties there including a retirement party in the next couple months he told me please don’t Happy Holidays and slammed the phone down. The old owner, Tommy was a gem to work with. What a shame. He built up this business and now the new owner is destroying it. He will be losing my business and I wish I can give him negative stars. If you’re thinking about having a party there don’t, “Happy Holidays”.
Service was awesome but that can’t make up for the food. We had the baked clams, Shrimp Scampi, chicken Portuguese, and the cannoli. All of the food was not up to par. The location is very dated, and it smells like fish as soon as you walk in. The staff is amazing but I’m not sure who’s cooking the food. Everything seemed smothered in cheese and sauce.
Place needs a revamp

Reserved a room here for a repast a few weeks ago. Unforeseen circumstances made us almost 2 hours late for the reservation which resulted in less people attending than we had originally anticipated. The staff and manager were so understanding and accommodating. The service was absolutely amazing. Thank you for making a difficult day a little better for us.

Food was good. Melon and Prosciutto appetizer was great. Veal Marsala was ok. It didnt look appetizing and not to much flavor from sauce. Vegetables were cooked well as were potatoes. Dessert was good everyone enjoyed theres..Place is a little dated. Parking is a little crazy. Small lots and difficult to get out when busy. Wait staff was very good. Never waited for long for anything

Comfortable atmosphere and great waitstaff. The food was pretty good. I think given the costs for the area it's a decent value, nothing exceptional though.

Descent, but not awesome. Food was just ok. Ordered pasta ‘al dente’ but it came out soft. The bar area smelled like ammonia. AC was broken in our section, although we asked for a cool table.

The food is so delicious and very consistent. The manager is great to work with and the servers are hardworking and accommodating . However, the place is very dated and the AC was barely working so we were all very uncomfortable and sweating the whole time. It’s a shame because the food really is good here.

Went here for a party and we all thought the food was delicious and plentiful. Not sure how they make the broccoli but it was really tasty. Service was also good.
I had to send my plate back ? the for was warn. I dislike warm food.
I have been coming here for over 15years and they never disappoint. The atmosphere is always very calm and quiet and the food is excellent. As a family, we have had many major events catered by them in their ballrooms, and it is always a special experience. The owner always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is going just right.

We loved Casa Rina, food was great, service- great, cizy place. They have a a good size parking lot across the street,so parking was a breeze. We were seated right away, our host brought our digital menues and took our drink orders. They took thier time in between courses which was a good thing. We didn't feel like we were rushed. Our water glasses were never empty, they kept refilling the entire time we were there.
The bus lady was wonderful, besides taking our dirty dishes she wrapped up our leftovers and brought them to our table.
Thier prices were more than fair for the amount of food you get.
We would highly recommend Casa Rina...we will be returning soon.
