Thank you, Omar and Laura for a wonderful experience. Of course, also our complements to the chef and entire kitchen staff. My family and my wife's family have frequented this restaurant since the 1950's, when it was named Parise's Steak House. About 10 years ago, it seemed to lose its luster for our family. Last night, my wife went back, just to reminisce. What a wonderful surprise to see that it has been revived in the most fabulous way. We didn't recognize the interior. It was bright and welcoming. As inviting as the room is, and as elite as the service is, the star of the show was the amazing flavors of all of our choices. From the antepast to the breads, main courses and deserts and let's not forget the house wine, everything was spot on. We are already calling family members and friends to lock down dates for the summer. We are excited to reintroduce this gem to the next generation.

Quiet birthday lunch for 2 midweek. Like having your own private chef. Charcuterie board offered with hit bread to start. An ample pear/endive served 2 easily. Shrimp scampi with creamy risotto and filet of sole perfectly cooked. Alas, too full for dessert. Next time!

Food was alright, service was excellent.... but the prices and atmosphere are HORRIBLE. Miss the old owners and can't wait till this place closes down. Left me and my family disappointed

Amazing dining experience. New owners are exceptional and super friendly. Stopped in for a beer and tried the cold antipasto. Was absolutely delicious. Planning future parties here as they have private rooms.
Been updated and renovated since new ownership. Highly recommend to friends and family.

To start off came here for Valentines Dinner the special menu offered very little options ended up ordering from the regular menu. Was not was not expecting a cluster of cars blocking to get in with one person working the valet cars were backed up in road getting honked at cause there was no place to go.
That alone turned us off at that point we should of kept on going.
We had reservations and was seated right away but after that it went downhill between the service being so slow. Our salad was forgotten until mentioned. The breaded clams were a joke small and way over priced. Dinner was 2 shell steaks again way over priced half the steak was all full of fat that actually filled up my bowl. Not very appetizing at all!!
You definitely don't get a nice portion of sides.
Not pleased at all with our experience over priced won't be back ! New Management really don't mean anything.

Tommy Stratis, the owner of this once reputable and well respected business, is a Class A shyster. If you own a small business or don’t like seeing small businesses get fk’ed, then do us a favor and don’t patronize this business. Tom has no issues screwing his honest vendors out of money he owes them. The man is an arrogant prick with zero conscience.
Seem like this restaurant is under new menagement. The new owner is on this industry for so long, and they know how to treat their costumers in best way.
Restaurant is nice and very clean. Food is really good and risible price.
Personally, I highly would recommend to everyone. Enjoy your meal there

under new ownership!
Exceptional restaurant in Thornwood NY! Appetizers were fantastic with generous portions. Dinner was even better, the pasta dish I had was flavorful and tasted so fresh! Penne vodka with chicken cutlet, my personal favorite. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
I have been coordinating parties at Casarina’s since 2021. Since the new owners took over, they have been extremely rude and obnoxious. The old owner over a year ago quoted me one price with them. Then a month ago I called and found out he sold, however, the new owner told me as a courtesy they would honor the price. Now 5 days before my party they denied everything and told me it wasn’t true and raised my prices. Poor business ethics. Poor management. I spoke to the new owner Blair Krasnoqi who was rude. I told him that I have had many parties there and he flat out told me he didn’t care. He was trying to over charge me for the alcohol package at $25/hour/person. On the new menu it clearly states $20/person unlimited as of December 2, 2024. When I told him, I am a long standing customer and would continue to have parties there including a retirement party in the next couple months he told me please don’t Happy Holidays and slammed the phone down. The old owner, Tommy was a gem to work with. What a shame. He built up this business and now the new owner is destroying it. He will be losing my business and I wish I can give him negative stars. If you’re thinking about having a party there don’t, “Happy Holidays”.
