I recently tried the new Thai place for their lunch special, ordering the Massaman Curry with duck. The food itself was great: the duck was cooked perfectly, with a crispy outside and a juicy inside, and the curry was great too. The flavors overall were delicious, though, my curry was listed as spicy but came out a bit mild. The only minor downsides were that the food came out a little slow, and the lunch special portion wasn't huge, but I left feeling full and satisfied....
The curry packed so much flavor but managed to be light and fresh. The curry puffs appetizer was delicious! The tamarind duck was crispy perfection. Also recommend the raw papaya salad. Super excited to try everything on the menu. Welcome to Croton, D Thai!
Ordered take out: drunken noodle, pineapple fried rice, duck noodle and curry puff. Each dish was a standout! Good portions for the price. Distinct flavors. Will come back and discover the rest of the menu.
