Exceptional food, the Ramen everything was so good broth was so flavorful and not salty, we had pork dumplings were so go good, definitely going back again! Staff was great and welcoming
This place is truly exceptional. The service was amazing from the staff and the owner himself. They were very polite and quick with the orders as well, The Ramen and the Spicy Korean Stir Fry are a must. The inside felt like you walked into Japan. This is a must try in the area and highly recommend this to anyone!

Zeppin Ramen & Temaki is a restaurant that serves exceptional food. The Ramen has flavorful broth that is not salty, and the pork dumplings are good. The Spicy Korean Stir Fry is a must. The sushi is super fresh, the tonkatsu broth is delicious, and the veggie ramen with chili oil is fantastic. The spicy vegan ramen with house made noodles, marinated tofu and bamboo shoots, vegetable gyoza, spicy edamame, vegan sushi rolls, salads, edamame, gyoza, and crispy Brussels sprouts are outstanding. The tofu and bamboo shoots in the Ramen are marinated in-house. There is a wide selection of cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks. The staff is great, welcoming, amazing, polite, quick, incredibly friendly, wonderful, and attentive, but without hovering. The owner is polite and gives tips. The atmosphere inside feels like Japan, is chic yet welcoming, calming, and Zen. The menu is extensive and sure to please all, with plenty of great vegan options. Takeout is packaged nicely, but staying and eating there is recommended to order extra homemade noodles. This is a must try in the area and highly recommended.
