Have been going to this diner for years but have not been since they changed hours to breakfast and lunch only. We both had the burger with cheddar cheese. Asked for medium but more near well done. Upgraded from side of chips to fries. Fries crispy and plentiful. Not busy but service was a bit slow with only one waitress. Did not see the famous biscuits and gravy choice on menu. Maybe on a separate breakfast menu.
We rode up on motorcycle. 15 of us, 15 minutes before closing time. One of us went into confirm that they could accommodate us all. Gladly was the reply. So we enjoyed. The service was excellent, food fantastic, like home cooking.
We visited the Hot Biscuit when we visited Fort Ticonderoga. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed the food. We both had breakfast. It can be a very busy place. The service was awesome. The food was good and hot. The server wore a smile and was so pleasant.
