Im a truck driver and on Nov 27 2024 i stopped to grab food after a long day of work. I ordered a Quarter Pounder and they served me this NASTY STUFF😡 it was burnt, dry, and hard this is not even a quarter pounder meat, it looks like they grabbed a regular small patty meat and flatten it to make it bigger. I Want A RefundđŸ˜€đŸ˜€đŸ˜€

We drove through the drive through and ordered 3 hamburger meals with some alteration on each meal. One of the hamburgers was only supposed to have bacon on it, and it came with everything. My wife took the offending burger back into McDonalds and told them it was wrong. Now they had the burger inside the building and they refused to exchange it for the right order without a receipt. I could understand if I came in off the street without a burger and told them I need a new one, but my wife had theMcDonalds burger in the McDonalds box. They still insisted on a receipt. We were unable to locate a receipt, however they did replace the burger. Then we found our burgers to be very small and over cooked . I can see why the rating is 3.4.

Not sure is the kids there are lacking ambition or what but I can tell ya of you can't count money accurately you should not be handling it. Waited for my money to come back to me then waited an addition 5 minutes to receive my food while 3-4 people walk around doing God knows what.

I waited at least 20min after ordering my food in the drive thru to get my order. No communication at all, just a sorry when they handed it to me. The only positive was that my sandwich seemed extremely fresh, but the fries were flavorless and unsalted.

9/14/24. Update. WOW. What a change since my last review. Today I decided to go with wife for breakfast and visit our friends. I sat down and use the app to do table side service as now days it is difficult at times to order from counter. Plus it was somewhat busy today. Must be leaf peepers. I place my order and waited. As time went by not food. My table number is 109. Someone a while ago removed the 109 sticker and it hasn’t been replaced. The surrounding tables have their numbers and I’ve not had a problem before using this table and it’s missing number. Finally my wife went up and found that my tray was put in the take out cubby. Well needless to say the “HOT CAKES” were DEFINITELY NOT HOT. By this time it was crowed and a line was forming. I knew it was not going to be easy to correct problem. I placed the ONE pad of butter on top of my THREE COLD CAKES and decided to return back home (ten minutes). Got home and warmed my cold food in microwave. The picture of un melted butter is a result of a ten min ride home. It will unfortunately be a while before I return. This is not my first recent dissatisfaction but just never reviewed. Curious if the new owner will respond.

For Fast Food McDonalds this is one of my favorite McDonalds. More for a breakfast with my Pegztr. The staff is always friendly. Usually you will see the owner Scott there. Always a smile and hello. Scott takes pride in his McDonald Restaurants and it shows. Zack, manager is also very personable. He goes the extra mile. It is always nice to frequent a place that recognizes you and greets you like a person and not just another dollar ? heading to the cash register. If an error in food order happens they are quick to resolve and satisfy the customer.

Last few times we have gone in waited over 30 mins each time. Favoring the drive through and making the lobby people wait. Obviously there short staff and need to keep there dinning room closed until then. I said something to them last time I went only because I ordered 1 sandwich and waited over 30 Minutes. As I stood there watching they must of sent out easily 20+ orders for drive. Not fair to people who are in a hurry and want something quick. I could of ordered a pizza and got it quicker and would of been cheaper too.
