They might as well close waited yesterday 20 to get service so I left. Today wasn’t busy have it another try well sitting in spot await my meal. I guess we will buy the sausage and biscuits and make them ourselves. Someone should open a food truck! Poor excuse for a fast food place.

I can't rate my food I'm still waiting. The staff is standing around making random noises and just chatting instead of making food. There's people who haven't been waited on and its been over 15 minutes that they've sat at the counter...they should focus on cross training and not having everyone know how to use a register and a soda machine

An ex employee, I can tell you from working there nobody follows safety for food standards, the temps are lied about in the system, they serve old dried food that has been sitting in a warmer for over a hour!! The burgers you are eating cost them .10 a piece and you all are paying over 6.00 to eat them!! The plug for the freezer was busted yesterday so instead of them going back and forth to the walk in freezer, those burgers were just left out on top of the freezer with the broke plug since 10:15am!! They serve you bloody burgers and raw chicken or chicken thats so old its hard as hell!! I was hired there to make sure thats not happening anymore!! So now im gone and the havoc will get worse!! These people scream at each other, throw food at each other, yell at customers!! The whole place should be shut down!! The manager is only 24 years old and does what everyone tells her to do...some boss, lol

We were returning home from dropping my daughter at college so I met my wife there with the daughters boyfriend. I had the best burger I've ever had at a McDonald's. My wife's burger was raw in the middle. She complained and got a new one that was fine. His Teo sandwich meal felt like a pack of ice had sat on top of it. The wrapper was moist and the bun was very cold. He refused to complain and did not finish. We sat by the restrooms as it was available and everyone could use a stop before we continued. It was very buggy and we were constantly swatting away flies. My wife did not feel well the next day and ended up going to the emergency room and diagnosed with infective colitis normally caused by e coli or salmonella. I can't prove it's related but it will be in my head.

Had the audacity to charge over 30 dollars for the food just to forget half the food in drive through. Then went to go inside only for 1 person to be working and didn't want to wait another 15 minutes just to get the rest of my order.

very slow waited 30 min to just get to the order screen in the drive through (there was me and 3 other vehicles waiting to place an order one in front of me one behind me and one in the other drive through lane) not fast food shouldn't have to carve out 45 minutes or more to just get food when the line wasn't long

Wild. Passing by with kids. Regular hours (2:45p on a Friday) drive thru. Waited about 20 mins before we were even acknowledged. Worker said they only had 3 workers. Never expecting much, but here…Do better mcd’s corporate. Thats terrible.

From out of town and upon entry there was 3 customers including me, we were glanced at by the cashier, and she proceeded to go to the back to talk about “the Simpsons?” With her crew? she had a weird attitude and gave side eye. Not to mention there was flys and gnats everywhere!!! Dining room was clean but with just a glance to the kitchen you could tell how filthy it was. Let’s do better guys.

Was at counter for over 15 minutes just to order ( not everyone uses the Kiosk) Person who waited on me was very Rude has if imposing on her , took order , waited over 1/2 hr for 3 snack wraps, many people waiting too order also. Poor management and staff .
