The view from the dining room is beautiful. The food is fine, but not special. Service was quite poor.

My husband and I were staying nearby this weekend. We had dinner at Seymour’s Saturday evening. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and the golf course is beautiful. We both had the strip steak, rice and Brussels sprouts and they were all delicious. The steak was outstanding, no grizzle and cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Nice views and friendly staff. Good selection with above average food and drinks. A charge for a bread basket was strange. Nice salads and cold beer. A good place to mix it up a bit.

I ordered the TGC Club. I would have to say the best club sandwich I've had anywhere.

When we got there, there was an event going on in the main area, but we're were able to go to the taproom and dine outside. Amazing view of the golf course, valley and mountains.

Food was pretty good. The menu did say fresh mahi mahi but tasted frozen to me (not bad at all, just not fresh). We went without a reservation and it seemed like a reservation would have been a better way to go. Beautiful views though

From last year this restaurant has improved dramatically. The new management seems to have had the right impact. The food was fresh and good, the service was quick (thank you Emily).

The only suggestion would be that the back room needs some drapes, rugs or some noise absorbing technology. With a full room it hard to talk.

The food here was great. Service was a bit slow, but this was due to short staffing. This did not impact the experience, and should not discourage anyone from trying this place. It was clear that the waitress was doing her best to be attentive and helpful despite the lack of staff support. Everyone was kind and friendly, and the food was amazing. The portions were bigger than I expected and well worth the price.

Great food! Great service! My family has had only great experiences at this solid, truly local restaurant with a view that doesn’t quit.

Over priced small portions. Completely flavorless food. Also can not substitute/leave out for dietary reason anything on the menu

We had the ribeye steak and Seymour’s smash burger, both were excellent. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty, and the view of the mountains and LaChute River made the meal even better. One of the better dinner spots in the area.

We visited Seymour’s at the recommendation of a local and I was pleasantly surprised at the vegan options including a vegan bowl with tofu. It was a bit salty but otherwise delicious and I was very happy to have that choice. My friend enjoyed the French onion soup and Caesar salad. Both were good. The service was a bit slow but super pleasant. I’m not sure there’s anything better Ticonderoga..

Not many places around to get a cocktail and late lunch. Luckily, this place was very good. The views of the mountains and course are beautiful (we sat out on the patio). Both servers were very friendly and the food came out very quickly for a queit Friday afternoon.

Our table had
the pepperoni pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. Food was excellent, some of the best I have ever eaten. Waitresses were very attentive. Specialty drinks delicious. The live band on Friday night was an unexpected bonus. Very enjoyable evening on the outdoor patio overlooking the beautiful valley. Highly recommend for a relaxing evening.

We went out for a date night and went to the Pen & paper and then Seymour's. Seymour's saved the night with its ambience and wonderful menu. The rueben sandwich was one of the best I have ever had and my wife loved her drinks. Highly recommend for lunch or a casual dinner if your in the area.
