Buffalo Roadhouse Grill

Great food via takeout 11/7 BUT we ordered curbside pickup. Got there when they said to. Called and let them know I was there. After a half hour wait, and watching people who came after me get food, called again. No Answer. Went in and got my food. I understand busy. I understand short staffed. I don’t understand clueless. If you bring food out to other cars why wouldn’t you ask your fellow workers what is car X waiting on? Or knock on my window and ask what is the name on your order? My family has ordered from here to help keep a local restaurant afloat. Now that you are busy as the virus reappears you may want to sharpen your focus on curbside again!!!!!!!!

Buffalo Roadhouse has great food & service! Food is a wonderful price and doesn't take super long to be served. We can all find something that we want to eat.

Excellent Service as Usual from the time We walked in the door, We were seated right away was greeted by a Friendly waitress, and everything from the yeasty rolls to Our chicken wing dip appetizer, and Our main course was Perfect, and the Manager even came over to see how everything was.I've already recommended the Buffalo Road House to others, and will continue to do so.

Tried online ordering multiple times in the last month or so and some of the menu items don’t appear available. Called the restaurant and were told those items are available to order but that they’re asking people to order online (even though they don’t show up). Not great customer service over the phone and probably could’ve told them our order in the amount of time it took them to ask us to order online. We didn’t place an order and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Dry tasteless burger. It was actually crunchy and not at all seasoned. The buttered corn is frozen and tastes cheap, and the unsweetened iced tea tasted like dirt. First time I ever left a restaurant and actually didn't eat anything. I paid and went home to eat.

The food here is good, and our server was great, but they did not accept a plastic gift card that I had that was loaded with $100. I don't know why they would not accept it, so I'll probably never go back ever again.

It was okay. Steak was cooked perfectly but the cut of meat was eh. My boyfriend's steak was a bit over done. Waitress didn't seem too concerned with us, which is annoying. Honestly should have spent the extra few bucks to eat my premade salad in the comfort of my home.

The Buffalo chicken wing soup at the Buffalo Roadhouse is the best in town. (I've had it from many places before) It's very spicy and is the perfect consistency. The customer service is also very good here as well. Affordable prices for high quality food here

Had a terrfic bbq mac n cheese as well as soft pretzels here. Their food has definitely impoved since i last had it years ago.

Fast and friendly service. Food was fresh and just the right portions.
