We were missing more than half our order after waiting 30 minutes and after telling them multiple times what we were missing we were still not given a whole meal including a sandwich and fries, and a wrap. We were so fed up trying to get things fixed we left and didnt get our money back. And what we did receive wasnt even made right, missing ingredients on what is listed on the menu and what we payed extra for. A complete unorganized mess for front end. Highly disappointed. I understand it can get busy, things dont always go smoothly, but this was on another level of unnecessary poor customer service

i ordered an impossible whopper + chicken fries and in my order i got a special visitor (a piece of wood? or metal?). It splintered into my tongue and I had a no so fun trip to the ER where i potentially could have eaten more visitors. The foreign object is attached. Please don’t go here, i feel like utter crap!

Came here around 2pm yesterday, the girl at the first window with a jacket was nice but my fries were cold and my drink had too much ice in it barely any soda. I had to wait 10 minutes to even get it. I will comeback again and give the girl a tip.

Went to BK 9/24. Tasha immediately greeted us at the counter, was kind and smiled, and attentive to what we wanted. Also promoted the fright world coupon which was cool. It’s good when you get that kind of customer service around here.

The SALTIEST breakfast in town. Like just the most unbelievable, inedible, saltiest sausage and cheese biscuit I’ve had in my life :((
Cold food at 1pm!! This was going through the drive thru when they were backed up! I figured the wait would mean warm food. I got an original chicken sandwich and a whopper jr. ocs felt cooked and reheated, fast food, you get what you get. Special order whopper jr cold as ice. Do not go here.
