Slowest Burger King I have ever experienced. Sometimes the employees apologize for the wait. Most of it seems to stem from some lazy staff members while others are seen doing everything.

Consistently horrible service. Everytime we're here you can hear the employees screwing around and yelling at eachother through the drive thru window, so there is ALWAYS something made wrong or left out altogether. And don't expect any of your dipping sauces because the employees act like they're coming out of their own paycheck or something

The limited time only menu Shroom n'Swiss Melt is too delicious. We ordered 2 with chicken nuggets, onion wings, french fries and the Oreo milkshake and they tasted great.

Messed up my door dash order. Gave us 3 large cooks that were water. Forget my swiss melt and then when I called them they were absolutely rude. And was charged. 57$ for tereible food Never agian. This is robbery

The worst I've ever experienced in the fast food industry. No Customer Service. No eye contact. I tried to ask for help and a worker told me it wasn't her problem. The door was not working correctly to enter. Myself and other people dining in had to open the door for others to enter.

If you like paying $40+ dollars for food that their lazy delivery drivers don't even deliver, and ALSO enjoy terrible customer service that won't listen to you and will keep your money even though you NEVER GOT FOOD: order here.

The attitude was very, very bad. There was something dirty in the hamburger I ordered. He didn’t even say sorry. He even lied to me and said it was onions. I still have the video. Very very bad attitude, my burger had dirt in it, no apology, they lied and said it was onions, I have the video

Lady working the first window when I went was rude and seemed like they didn't want to interact with people, and at that point don't work in food service. Pulled up to first window with mobile order, she asked if I wanted a receipt then turned away and mumbled something as she shut the window. I couldn't hear her so I sat there a few seconds hoping she'd notice I was there so I could ask what she said- she didn't and started taking the next person's order. I said "excuse me" and she just looked at me and pointed away with an annoyed expression. Second lady was nice though and the food was pretty good.
Edit: wasn't completely done with my food when I made the review, and noticed they messed up my sandwich order as well.
