One employee was wandering in circles, so much so that the cook, who was a very competent person, was constantly yelling out what the other needed to do, yet she continuously was confused, slow, and, and didn't follow directions. This was around 9 AM on a weekday, and the line for the drive-thru was out and into traffic. I don't not recommend this location if you're in a hurry, or in a bad mood. If you're in a good mood, you won't be for long.

Came to Dunkin yesterday, and the coffee cup smelt like pure cigarettes. Not sure what, but this smelt disgusting.
I had an online order it was a muffin and a hot chocolate they charged me and I never got my order. So I'm in there talking to customer service which they didn't want to help me with. And customer service said they can see my transaction and they'll give me a refund instead of just giving me my order. The dude in there tries to over talk you and so does the manager. They were wrong and dunkin will never get my business. It wasn't that serious. If you don't know your job or understand what people are saying who's fault is that?

The morning crew at 2112 Niagara Fls Blvd, Tonawanda, NY 14150 is the worst ever! Their attitude is horrible. They act like customers should be grateful to allow them to serve or wait on them. They don't mind showing they are extremely prejudice. I will not visit that location again. I've asked every coworker & family member not to ever go to 2112 Niagara Fls Blvd, Tonawanda, NY 14150 for breakfast and to spread the word. A take out that never happened bc my family was overlook. Never was waited on! Awful Experience
