Food was not cooked all the way (hash browns) associates have accents which is fine but they wear masks when ordering at the drive thru and you CANNOT UNDERSTAND at all between the traffic and the mask it's horrible. Potholes are horrible when driving up to the window and you cannot avoid them. Overall horrible experience !

1 star is being generous! I went to get a large iced latte (which i order quite often). I realized the cup had a lot of ice, so i went home and removed the ice from the cup. AN ENTIRE LARGE BOWL OF ICE AND NOT EVEN HALF OF A CUP OF COFFEE!! Never will spend my money here again nor do I advise anyone else.

Not quite sure what happened I took about 20-25 minutes In the Drive-Thru for two cups of coffee One ice and one hot .
To be fair there was four cars in front of us and we did receive two free donuts for the inconvenience.
And for the record the coffee hit the spot. The donut not so much they stopped using East donuts it's like more a pre-bake.

One employee was wandering in circles, so much so that the cook, who was a very competent person, was constantly yelling out what the other needed to do, yet she continuously was confused, slow, and, and didn't follow directions. This was around 9 AM on a weekday, and the line for the drive-thru was out and into traffic. I don't not recommend this location if you're in a hurry, or in a bad mood. If you're in a good mood, you won't be for long.
