We are Italian and we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We were on holiday in the USA in August 2023. The owner was VERY KIND, he is a special and heartfelt person and I was very happy to meet him. He made us feel at home, with incredible hospitality. I will never stop thanking him. Even the guys who work are very good ❤️ greetings from Italy ❤️

I ordered from door dash and the food I received was horrible. The footlong hot dog was just two regular sized hot dogs on a foot long roll and the cheese "sauce" was just cheeseburger cheese slices. The hot dog itself was also charred way too much. They were out of fried cheesecake and replaced it with a milkshake which I never even received (didn't want it anyway). For a place with "footlong" in the name, you would think they would have actual footlong dogs. I would've been understanding if they were out. I also had onion rings that were either chewy or hard as a rock and nothing in between. Only reason I'm not giving one star is because the burger that was also on the order was the only item that wasn't completely terrible. Hopefully this was just a fluke but I don't plan on ever ordering here again.

Their sweet potato & curly fries are good. I don't eat hot dogs & burgers. You can sit outdoors or the covered patio.

I’ve been going to Louie’s for years. Went today and the service was horrible I had to wait 40 minutes for a hot dog, hamburger and two fries. Hot dog was burnt and they put the wrong condiments on it. The fries were horrible. Too thin to be called fries. I won’t be returning to this establishmentParking: At least 10 parking spots.

Used to love Louies...sadly, its food has become inedible...ordered red hots... they were hard and overcooked...the onion rings were burnt and tasteless...the French fries were soggy like they were left in water...even the gravy tasted old...everything we ordered was terrible...we threw it all out...will not be returning to Louies again.

I never thought i would rate so low here, im chalking it up to the new owner. We watched a employee EAT while making food! Order came out wrong. Don't like how you can't order till your at the register, likes how when you walked in they started the order right away. Some employees were rude. Food isnt the same. A tradition that sadly I have to put a stop too.

My wife and I went there for lunch today, and Louie's has be my favorite since I was young. Our experience today was not what I remember. First of all, the order counter is dirty and sticky, and while in line to order, the employee in the red shirt and beard kept rubbing his face with his hand and a dirty towel, the handling the food without gloves, and even placing some items on the food from the bins, also with his hands. When going out to the sitting area, a door had the top portion open, and the back room of the kitchen looked like a breeding ground for bacteria. The foods was tasteless, except for the fries, and my bun was so stale, it fell apart. The only employee that wore gloves was the pleasant you man who brought out the food, when he wasn't be yelled at by the first employee. A surprise visit from the Health Department would be a great idea so nobody gets ill.

I ordered lunch today from Louie's and was extremely disappointed. The BBQ chicken sandwich had NO BBQ sauce. The curly fries were undercooked and had so much grease they were inedible. My foot long hot dog tasted old and not char broiled. One small line of char on the whole dog. I mistakenly thought they served Sahlens hot dogs. There is no way this was a sahlens. I couldn't even eat the foot long.I also ordered a kids meal and never received the fries or drink.I will be going to Ted's from now on for my hot dog orders.

I am not sure who I talked to but I am assuming the owner? He was ridiculously rude. I pre ordered my food, got to the counter and he already had an attitude. After he gave me my food he literally said "Now get the hell out of my restaurant." I don't even know him so it's not like he was joking with me. This was my first time ever ordering from here.

I haven't been there in years. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The curly fries were disgusting. I personally won't be going back for below average

I'm not exactly sure why we have never been here before. The food is great! the menu is a very decent size for burgers, chicken sandwiches, and so much more! The Cajun curly fries with the black and Blu chicken sandwich...FORGET ABOUT IT! That chicken was seasoned perfectly with that blackened j*** sauce paired up with that Blu cheese ? . Uncle Lou, we will be back for sure! Oh and did I mention it was half the price for the food than that other hot dog place, if you know what I mean.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

6 overcooked onion rings for $5.99, thin shake for $8. Hot dogs, burger and chicken sandwiches were ok. Staff friendly, enjoyed sitting outside.
