This is the worst McDonald’s I think I’ve ever been to. They always forget at least one item which sucks if you’re like me and live farther away just to go home and see the food you payed for is missing and is probably being chowed down on by one of their lazy workers. Not only do they forget your items but if you go back and tell them they forgot half your order, they give you a nasty attitude like it’s your fault that THEY screwed up. Maybe if they were busy I’d cut them some slack but the past two times they’ve messed up it was dead.

This location likes to play games, they like to accept your mobile order, but then when you arrive, they claim their systems down and they can't give you your order yet they've charged your credit card and can't refund your money or tell you how to cancel your order

Edit: I changed my opinion but I’ll leave this review for big corp and ppls the only thing I like on the menus is hot tea, honest kids apples and the triple filtered water but have a good day guys great energy in there I am currently on a trespass warning so I sad🥲 bit it ok keep up the vibes great place to eat apples and drink tea oh and coffee too is good, have a good day!!:)))

Ordered at 5:38am and got my food at 5:52am on 3/1/2025. The manager was standing by the window vaping inside while talking with another employee while another girl tried to "fix" a machine. No one said anything to the line of cars sitting there for 15 minutes.

This McDonald’s is amazing through the day/ evening but this morning crew!!!!! THEY STINK. I gave them a code & it was taken off my app but the deal didn’t work!!!!!!!!!!! They did nothing about this!! Ridiculous. After coming here for years I will never be returning to this location. The staff were just so stand offish and were completely useless.

Idk what it is with the complete lack of quality customer service at McDonald's, but this one takes the cake. The last straw was when I was waiting for over 20 minutes for a dinner box. We ordered in the drive thru and we're asked to wait in the pickup parking spot. The woman in the spot next to me said she'd been waiting even longer for a single burger. It was around 1pm and not busy at all. Meanwhile we watched 3 of the exact same dinner boxes go out the drive thru window. Once my father got angry and went inside, the manager said he would have to wait even longer (because she legit forgot) and the employee she sent with the food thought it was a good idea to mutter about how much of an 🐴🕳️ my father and the other lady were. As of writing he's still employed.
