I had just put in a mobile order on my way to work when I hit heavy traffic. Only a few minutes later, I called the store to ask to cancel the order as it didn't even show being built yet. A female employee hung up on me. I called back a second time and she said that she was to busy to cancel my order and that she wouldn't refund me even after she admitted that she didn't start making the sandwich so I am out $23.

They were down to one person, but the sub was still great. You’ll be asking for napkins because apparently those aren’t given to you anymore. Other than that, it’s a great quiet spot in a quiet corner of the plaza.
