Super annoying the way this location has you pull around out of the drive-thru to wait for your order, presumably to keep their times down. Doesn’t matter what you ordered or how long the line is or anything. Unless your food is already ready when you get to the window, they’re gonna have you pull around. Edit: They’re also not even handing out the orders in the order they were received.

Called enough times during business hours without an answer that we figured out your voice mail password.. please change your oil in the fryers. Your food is getting people sick. Also 11 missed voicemails is way to many…

Over 20 minutes in the drive thru, one taco and one burrito, only person in the drive thru when I pulled up. How can this happen? Never coming back, worst drive thru service ever

Ordered a 9 dollar box they forgot the chips and put no beef on the crunch wrap which was soggy, asked for a refund , they said they won’t do it over the phone but would put my name down for free one next time, however I have pretty bad stomach pain from what I did eat so I’ll just take the loss not going to lose sleep over 9 bucks I’d rather not go back for another round of possible Hershey squirts….but it’s crazy to me people want more money for these easy minimum wage jobs that they struggle to preform at…it’s a strange world we live in these days as the saying goes it is what it is but hey at least I can share my experience and hopefully save someone else from a bad choice of eating here.

Was so excited taco bell moved closer to where i live. Haven’t had a good experience at this location yet. Slowest drive thru even when they’re not busy. No tomatoes when paying extra for supreme meals and cashiers are not friendly.
Always slow service, no matter what time of day. Quality of food severely declines in the PM.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme, beef crunchy tacos, and beefy 5-layer burritos. Guess what they all had in common? No beef. Everything was just lettuce, cheese, and tortilla. How do you forget the main ingredient in literally every item? This location is lazy, careless, and honestly a scam. Don’t waste your time or money here. 💔

My bf and I found this location is closer to us than our normal location on the boulevard. When we pull up to the talk box to order, we asked for a moment to look at the new stuff they had out. Three more people proceeded to ask us if we were ready in a span of like 2 minutes, so already, we were feeling a bit rushed. My bf ordered three locos tacos with no tomato, no sour cream, and no cheese. Just lettuce and beef. We already knew because of this the tacos were going to look a little empty. When he opened them not only was there cheese and no lettuce, but literally like a teaspoon a beef in all three tacos. Honestly, just make the drive to a different location cause this one needs some work.

I went there because it didn't look busy and then I waited almost 40 minutes for food only for most of it to be ice cold. Top it off someone who got in ten minutes after me and then got their food before me was offered coupons for their wait. They clearly needed more people working.
