I rarely get take out but when I do it’s nearly always Taichi! They have quick and fresh bowls with perfect sushi rice. The spicy mayo and pickled radish are amazing! I eat there 1-2x a week. The employees at this location are pretty mid, they won’t even acknowledge you or say hello. I’ve worked in retail and know how rude customers can be so I can kinda give them a pass.

This place has the best tapioca pearls of any of thr boba places I've tried in buffalo. A good bouncy chew and flavour. When I try others and are often disappointed. Worth a little detour if you have the craving.

Usually love to order takeout/doordash from here. Went into the physical location to order, all employees were sitting on their cell phones, nobody greeted us or even looked up from their phones. One employee was sitting on the food prep area with his FEET up. My husband and I left without ordering. Am very disappointed because I absolutely LOVED ordering from here. Am extremely disappointed in the standards for food safety.

Was ok. The bubble tea was just kinda sweet and they were warm because you gotta boil boba so I kinda understand why they were warm, but they could have been cooled off. The bigger thing was some of the flavors taste syrupy if that makes sense
