Had like three different people handing things out of the window the guy who took my card never came back and kept it so I had to go back and get it explain to him that I was unable to pay for my wraps that I wanted to get at another Tim Hortons he didn't understand that if he would have replaced the order that I was trying to get on my way home for someone else that that could have made up for it instead his manager told him to walk away from the window very great customer service I'm really starting to lose faith in all Tim Hortons altogether maybe dunkin' donuts deserves our business again. The manager should of returned my card and apologized not the freshly trained employee.

The person on the speaker at the drive thru was emotional. The person I met at the window was friendly at least. I ordered a Farmer's Wrap and they must not make their food to order anymore. Half of the wrap was ice cold and seemed like it was just sitting in a warmer for however long. The eggs inside were blue (over cooked). And then tortilla was glued to the cardboard sleeve. Absolutely disgusting. I just threw the whole thing out I was afraid of food poisoning at that point. Waste of $9.

I ordered a Extra Large Hot Chocolate with Whipped Cream. And for whatever reason the cashier thought I said a coffee with whipped cream. How, are people usually putting whipped cream in their coffee? I didn't find out until I got to work. Thanks for killing my morning.
