absolutely horrible service is terrible coffee is bitter And grilled cheese Panini was cold was in the drive-through for over 18 minutes absolutely terrible inexcusable now I'm late for my estimate

Apparently we were the first mobile app order that came in delayed. We told them we placed this order for pick up 30 mins prior at place of staying before check out. Staff tried to blame us for ordering mobile in drive thru? Issue was resolved after a dispute (as we walked in, staff was focused mainly on drive thru orders and talking, not focusing on the mobile orders computer), but cost us a little travel time. Very unwelcomed first TH experience of my travel companion.

Tim's is great! Originally a Canadian chain named for the late Buffalo Sabre, Tim's is much more popular in certain areas than Starbucks or Dunkin'. The 1st US location (1985)... now Expanding into many more states (currently 12) plus all across Canada and overseas. Children's Foundation and summer camps for underprivileged kids in Canada and the US. Counter service, some open 24 hrs, others drive thru open 24 hrs. Huge variety of donuts, coffee and other drinks, snacks and food. Fresh pots of coffee made every 30 minutes or sooner! Iced cappuccinos are terrific! Tidbits (donut holes) are super popular.
I’ve been coming to this location for years and I have to say most of the time the service is fantastic the staff is friendly and the wait is fast! Especially Alexis who works the drive thru in the early morning She’s so kind friendly and has a smile that would light up a room. Very courteous and she’s always working. Give that woman a raise!

if you like Dunkin’ Donuts munchkins you’re going to love Timbits!! the flavors are much better than Duncan and they taste fresh no matter what time you order them. This location was very clean and the staff was incredibly kind!

I called in my complaint also but I will never go to this location again based on this morning’s experience when I went inside for a coffee and croissant sandwich before work because the line in drive thru was so long… The girl at the register was so unbelievably rude to me and then I waited a full 15min for my food which was then cold and because of everything I was late to work. And by the time I walked out the door all the cars in drive thru were gone, that’s how long I waited inside. Nobody acknowledged me and when I tried asking about my food I had that same girl give me an attitude when in fact all along it was already made and yet she told me they were still making it. I was so mad when I left,, late for work and a cold croissant. At least the coffee was hot. Everyone in drive thru is great I must say so apparently going inside was my mistake.
