I’ve been going to this location for years since it opened. My niece and the next door neighbor young woman both worked at this location in high school and a cpl years in college. I’ve loved all the people they’ve worked with over the years. Now, however, there is a floating manager named Lisa who is pretty much one of the, if not the, worst and rudest employees of any position I’ve ever seen at this store. She’s catty and extremely unprofessional. While I was in line at the store, and then waiting for my order to get completed, Lisa decided she would act like a teenager herself. She started commenting quietly by the drive thru window, and then louder as she walked by the front register inside the store and she started commenting and making rude and immature comments about those of us in line. She was laughing with her much younger coworkers who were all very kind and professional compared to Lisa. I’ve met so many employees at this store over the years and have liked pretty much all of them. But Lisa is just plain rude and much more obnoxious than any of the workers there half her age. Lisa has a terrible attitude and is unpleasant to deal with. And unfortunately while there is no manager of this store we have to deal with Lisa if we want Tim Horton’s for the drive to work, or for our weekend visits. It’s to the point now where I almost turn around and drive to another location when I see she’s working. But that adds time to my schedule that I don’t sometimes have. Please Dave and Allana Beaton, could you please send another floating manager to this store, or could you hire a new manager asap so we never have to deal with Lisa again? It’s been a cpl months now and it would be so nice to deal with a new manager who is hopefully pleasant to deal with. Lisa’s attitude is just so undesirable to deal with.

Slowest Tim Hortons in WNY. Orders are consistently wrong here

This is my most frequently visited Tim Hortons and the people here are very friendly majority of the time

Just no. Don't fork over that hard earned $ for this. I stood in a line with 1 person ahead at 9:50 AM for eternity. Received a stale doughnut and lackluster iced coffee. They were friendly enough, but orders pouring in via drive thru and App I reckon... these establishments can't continue to sale cheap unhealthy foods while putting the cheap labor in a challenging position to thrive, be successful and grow. They always have no motivation for a reason. Poor business and business model.

Ordered a medium matcha cold latte.
Girl at the drive through handed me a cup half full. Asked her to fill it up and said no t was filled to the line. There is no line.
Then she proceeded to say she is not going to give away product.
$4.50 for a half a cup of product.
Tim Hortons is a rip off and they hire sub par employees

The lack of effort this place has before 7 AM is shocking. The only thing you can rely on is them not having the donuts you’re looking for
I work close by almost everytime I go they never have what I want in stock. When we get company breakfast they always forget something.

I visit daily most mornings between 630 645am and today Feb/19th there was a young female working drive thru line who was very rude, impatient and unprofessional simply because I asked if I can substitute bacon for sausage on a sandwich.The attitude was very uncalled-for
and prolly won't re visit this location agai

Went through drive through for 4 items. Received 3. I didn’t drive off yet and asked for my sandwich which was missing. At first the cashier told me that I didn’t order a sandwich. Then said the fourth item was in the bag. It was not. A different employee, perhaps the shift manager asked to see my bag. I gave it over them, they reluctantly made my sandwich. However the transaction was very rude, hostile, and not genuine. No apology just threw the bag back at me. When I returned to work the sandwich that I had to ask twice for was made incorrectly. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese. However they put no egg predictably out of spite. This was at 10:20 11/24/24, Sunday. POOR MANAGEMENT, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The group of ladies you have working at this Tim Hortons in the morning are way friendlier than the ones who work at the Niagara street location. Think I found a new Tim Hortons to go to!
