I was the only one in the drive thru. They made me wait at the speaker until they had all my food prepared so they could game their timer and make it seem like they were quicker than they were. When she handed me my food she told me to leave the drive thru when I was trying to put my straw in my cup. Again, the only one in the drive thru. She said "uhh I have a timer." Horrible service.

Was not given a receipt so I cannot do the survey, however 2 kids on a not so busy night given me an attitude and talking back instead of being professional to an irritable customer having given a leaking cup, with coffee all in my car cupholder!

This is the first and last day I go to this site after I received my wrong order. The girl and the young man at the counter were rude and shouted at me. They hit me every day. It is the worst place ever. The manager needs to replace the bad staff. This causes customers to flee the store.
