The customer service at this location needs a ton of work. They act like it is a problem just asking for a cup sleeve! I won’t go back to this location at Sheridan Dr. and Parker. Lady at the window this morning is not friendly at all! It’s like we are trouble for her.

I don't recommend this location. It's the closest to us so we go regularly, but I'd say they get the order wrong at least half the time. Has been incorrect the last 3 trips. I think it's time to switch
