Stoped here this morning for breakfast in my dump truck so obviously it doesn’t fit in the drive-thru start walking to the door kid getting dropped off for work say’s dining room doesn’t open til 1 drive-thru only on this kid saw me climb out of a peterbilt dump truck 12 1/2 foot tall truck so I walk to drive-thru same kid meets me at the window as i’m standing there says you have to be in a vehicle to be served in the drive thru real snotty attitude so I respond you know...read full review
Went to Wendy today a2:00 sat in drive thru no line…. 2:07 we drive away to see the entire staff at the back door. We ask are you open they ask why . Explain we were waiting. They laughed ignored us . As we pull away we see a silver car not receiving service also. How terrible last time we go there. I called corporate so hopefully no one else gets treated like this. Paying customers pay your pay checks…….

The order is usually correct, but it's fast food, so nothing is always perfect. The new drink machine is not easy to use. The burger was cold, like it had been made hours ago, and the fries were the same. The staff seemed surprised when this was mentioned. The place is not short of help, but the help needs to work. The only thing worth stopping there for are the frostys. They do not make vanilla frostys, only chocolate and Berry.
