Somehow, everything except the service was awful. The drink was flat, the potato wedges tasted like cardboard, and the bacon egg and cheese muffin was both cold and dried out. Even the price I was charged 50 cents more than what's on the menu. How do you not even keep the menu up to date?

Waited 30 minutes for the most stale and worst food ever. There was only 2 cars in front of me so naturally you’d think it take 5 minutes. At first I thought they were short staffed. But when I pulled up to the window after 20 minutes there was about 6-7 kids in there screwing around not doing anything. I wanted another 10 minutes for the worst food of my life. Don’t go here!

HORRIBLE PLACE. Made me waste my time walking in the snow to the lobby bc the app said to walk into the lobby to pick up my order, just for them to tell me “ThE lObBy Is ClOsEd” in the rudest tone ever. Told me to go thru the driveway and I’m so fed up. What if I didn’t have a car? Would they want me to WALK through the driveway? Horrible service and horrible people. Don’t ever come here

Second time I’ve been at this location during business hours and the dining room doors are all locked. Called for the general manager and was told theyd take a message. These people are lazy and should be fired. Probably all doing drugs at work which is why they lock the doors

3 stars because well it's Wendy's why is the dining room still closed. Covid was 4 years ago. Open the dinning room. Staff is friendly which is huge. Usually the order is correct but let's face it. It's fast food nothing will always be perfect. Again open the diner catch up to the times ppl.

Ordered on the app, had a fairly large order so we got pulled which is fine. However they forgot spoons and an order of nuggets. Can’t go in, only DT is open. The line was long and didn’t move for a long time so I left without getting them. Spent a lot of money for a terrible experience.

Would have been nice if the employee in the silver,grey, or black(too dirty to tell) Kia sportage saying obscenities when we went into the drive thru didn’t almost hit me head on pulling into the drive thru other wise the older lady working the drive thru was super nice

Why are Wendy's closed for eat-in??!! This and another location were closed for eat-in. Drive-thrus were open. After a day of shopping, on a Saturday, we justed wanted to sit and enjoy a nice burger. You lost our business!!!

Only one star. It s 730 and they closed lobby. Seems like they can't handle their jobs. Had like 4 or 5 employees standing around. Pretty bummy. No wonder fast food workers get a bad wrap.
