This is the closest McDonalds near my house. Of course I’m going to go there considering it’s on Hoosick Street, everyone goes there, and sometimes it’s easier to get my family dinner there on long nights. I’ve had a problem with one of the employees there in middle school and I figured that it was so long ago and she’s working, so there would be no issues. Why would I willingly go to a place that someone who works there, hates me? A few days ago my little sister wanted to get some food so I ordered through drive through. As I pulled up, my former peer appeared to be working the cashier. I pulled up and grabbed my drink from her, and she proceeded to say “girl bye” and slammed the door on me and left me waiting for my food for 10 more minutes. Totally inappropriate. A few days later, my mother was grabbing lunch and she got harassed and swore at by the same girl. This should not have affected her. That was my last straw. This McDonalds is going to lose business if this harassment keeps going on. Thankfully, my mother’s camera on her car captured the whole thing and I got to see that employees actions. Please do not go here if you want to get harassed for simply wanting some fast food that’s closest to you.

For some reason, they think jamming three sandwiches and three large fries into one bag that's ripped is ok. Ask for another bag and they'll charge you for it.

We ordered our food through the drive-through, pulled over to the right in a parking space to eat it (in the McDonald’s parking lot) took a bite of one fries, I took a bite and it was ice cold and gummy. Immediately i tried to go into the McDonald’s and the dining area was closed and the door was locked. We drove through the drive-through again and explained it to the person taking the orders and they told us to pull up to the second window. When we turn the corner, there were four cars ahead of us. We waited about 8 minutes when we got to the window, the manager . Came to the window. I explained to him the situation and asked how long have i been gone. And told me they were short handed. He took the fries and when he came back, he said. “ we normally don’t do exchanges once you take your food that’s it!”.
I feel that after paying $20 for two fillet of fish sandwiches and a medium fries. I do not deserve the harassment and the smart remark of refusing or saying that they do not take exchanges.
Customer service is key for a successful business in an economy that we are all struggling with.

I've gone to this branch at least a dozen times over the last 9 months, and I've got to say that their food is consistently undercooked and served cold and watery. On top of that I think they've stopped using salt, so it is super bland as well. Getting a jimmy dean sandwich out of the freezer case at walmart tastes twice as good by comparison. On top of the horrible food their service is pretty lackluster as we've all unfortunately gotten used to, but that's probably a bridge too far to even discuss. But seriously this branch needs some retraining on proper food serving temperatures before they make someone very sick. My observation is that they are understaffed and their solution to getting people through the line and off the drive through timer is just to rush the cook times!

I was there at about 4:00 pm and went through the drive thru. The workers were all very pleasant and friendly. I ordered a $5.00 double cheeseburger bundle, and it was delivered quickly. I've never had a McDonald's meal that was as fresh and hot as this one was! It was absolutely delicious, with my cheeseburger being very juicy. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the chicken nuggets were crispy and delicious, as well. I hope this continues, as it's right by my house! 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔
Parking: Plenty of handicapped parking and designated parking for call-in orders, as well.
