McDonald's like all other fast food establishment . We go because we as a whole just need or like the fastness of get and go life style, not really caring about what is it we are actually eating sure a hamburger some fries and a soda. Not really I mean really not knowing what it is we are eating . You see if someone wanted to do something unmentionable It could be hours before it would be noticed...

I was transporting a group of about thirty students, I called ahead about fifteen minutes, They have the orders taken and turned around within just about a half an hour. They did a great job.

I walked into this location to pick up a doordash order while waiting for the doordash order. I was ignored by the person on front counter young black female with brace in her head acted as if I was the worst part of her day instead of asking me. Could she help me in any way as I stood there staring trying to get her attention. She made fun of my presents with another employee who stood drive-thru instead of asking me if they can help me. She aggressively approached me and said to me what are you going to do? Order or stand there and stay. I said to her that I was waiting for a doordash order that has been sitting there waiting for someone to pick it up. I was the doordash driver. I was supposed to pick it up but because she was being ignorant instead of doing her job and putting the order where it belong, she held it behind the counter and attacked me verbally. I think she should be dismissed of her duties due to her action towards guest and other customers. If this is not taken care of I will take care of it myself

Ordered the new Buffalo Bills mafia box paid for it drove up received a plain McDonald’s advertisement box asked for it said it was inside when I pulled away. The only thing that was inside was the food not the actual Buffalo Bills mafia box.
Very disappointing and to make it worse when you ask, and then they lie

By far the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s. First of all not one person in here speaks English. The lady told me she was waiting on fries after sitting here for 20 minutes. She then served me old fries with the container half full. Then I open my fish sandwich. One tiny dab of tartar sauce so I brought it back up to the counter. When they gave it back to me the sauce was dripping out of the side. I informed her I just wanted the normal amount of tarter two times. Then when the non English speaking “manager” saw my displeasure she just walked away laughing and sat down at a table Roth her phone. Save your money and headache. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!
This McDonald’s is, hands down, the best in the capital region. I order on the app & then pick it up at the drive- thru. The food is promptly ready, always hot & they don’t pour the drinks until you get up to the window so they are never melted down. The staff are pleasant & efficient. Great place! PS: the parking lot has a few craters so drive slowly…
