I was a regular until they upped the prices a couple of months ago. Every meal at this location is $1.50-3 more expensive than all the locations across the river as shown in the McDs app. I would put up with the abysmal service before this but now I just go to any other McDonalds or fast food in the area, they’re much better than this one.

Ordered on two separate occasions, both times at around 3am. First order was two Egg McMuffins, was in and out of the drive thru in about 3 minutes, no complaints there. Next order was a Double cheeseburger and 6pc nuggets, I got my food super quickly, but the burger was inedible as they had managed to put huge globs of mustard all over inside and leaking out of the wrapper before I even opened it. Disgusting ?

Worst service ever went thru drive in they have two people on drive in working and two of the drive thru machines on their should be only one if they can’t maintain how many cars the line was into hoosick st down by the plaza and since my code wasn’t working they skipped me and my kid after waiting 45 min in line the girl working in the service line got a attitude after she told us to refresh it we go to tell her the new one and she’s letting the guy on the next ordering machine order rude dirty lil black girl .

Came here with my friend and her brother, we got 2 quarter pounder meals and a 10 count chicken nugget meal with 3 shakes. They charged us $51 for a $32 meal. We should’ve thought more into it when we were there about how outrageous this price was despite we asked the girl at the drive through if the price was right and she very rudely confirmed that it was. Very dissatisfied and will be contacting McDonald’s Headquarters about the issue.

They ask everybody to park in the handicap Section and in areas where cars are not allowed to park rather than have a pile up at the drive through.This is very misleading because you cannot tell how many people are waiting ahead of you for their order.At least when cars are powered up at the drive through you can see how many people are waiting for their order.I've never seen this at McDonald's before, and this is completely unacceptable.I seen more than six cars waiting for their order in the handicap spots and in other Hazard areas (as advised by the staff)

Employees stated verbally in public that there is hair being put in food for customers, managers and employees show lack of communication with customers, food being served cold after 6pm, employees are on their phones, CLEANINESS IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM, LOBBY AND BATHROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED OFTEN LIKE THEY SHOULD, AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I WAS SICK MORE THAN ONCE FROM THE FOOD, and CUSTOMERS HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 15 MINUTES FOR THEIR FOOD BECAUSE MANAGERS ARE NOT PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE AND MEETING AND SATISFYING THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES ALONG WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES.

I ordered ny meal with sauces on the self checkout kiosk and paid there. However when I went to retrieve ny meal I was told I needed to pay 25 cents per sauce. I explained that I had already paid for my meal at the kiosk and had my receipt, but the cashier would not allow me to take the food I had already paid for until I handed over additional money to her. Very rude and unprofessional.Additionally, there is a sign on the door stating they are only taking to go orders, but there appeared to be nothing wrong with the sitting area.

The girl working on the drive through, she doesn’t know what she is doing and not familiar with her job AT ALL! She is wasting my code, my money and my time, and everybody else’s time. Horrible service, terrible employee. Stupid people, needs to be fired immediately.
