It's McDonald's, so whatever. You need to ask for ketchup when you place your order, or you won't get any. That's the franchisee rule. No exceptions. No ketchup. Not even if you say please. No ketchup. Be sure to start your lunch order with ketchup, or you'll get no ketchup.
I mean, it's a fast food place, but the people are pretty friendly, They do try to get you in and out and get your service pretty quick. I mean, it's a McDonald's but I will say this much. I prefer this McDonald's over most of them in this area that I live in. The one in Watervliet is the worst so so I will travel to this 1. In Troy before I go to the one in Watervliet
