Sorry I didn't get the guys names working on 9/22/25 but they were awesome. Took care of a line of customers in no time and were kind to some older gentlemen who couldn't read the menu too well. This was all before I had the pleasure of having the best sub I've had from this location in years. Place is dirty and rundown. The employees look absolutely miserable,manager has no personality at all he walks around like a sleuth no customer service skills at all!!!place is rundown and looks dreary and unsanitary!!!Food is over priced.You get hardly any meat on it for the price,never again going to Di bella’s or Jersey mikes you lost a long time customer 💯

On this date, May 17th, 2025 5:00 p.m. I made a visit to hoosick Street Mr. Subs in Troy, New York. There was a customer before me the over medicated employee who is also overly hairy to be serving food on the face and head without gloves mess up the order twice that the lady was ordering. She simply said place mail on the side on both sandwiches. He put mail on both sandwiches instead of on the side. The red-headed cock-eyed female pay. No attention to gas, just as well as the hair overly hairy mail. After the woman order was done, she was almost overcharged for two subs but it was corrected. Then after waiting for 15 minutes with both employees messing up one order for two sandwiches, they totally ignored my presence and had I not said anything they were not going to acknowledge my presence. Their professionalism and personalities suck. Whoever runs this place need to get these employees in check, get rid of them or shut it down. This is going public

The woman Mary who was working there when I visited was very rude and off putting. She also had long hair that was not groomed and looked like it could be a food safety hazard. You would think with her having 7 years of service (as stated on her badge) that she would have better people skills and the correct approach to proper work hygiene. I will not be coming back to this location and will be sure to let others know if you are looking for good service or a clean place to eat please do not choose this location.

Over it 🌟 my main reason for complaining is i ordered two subs, and instead of asking what i wanted on them. They were wrapped up in a hurry with no remorse. Mr subbs is a good place for fresh vegetables and meats cut on the premises. For hot and cold subsMy favorite place to get a decent meal at a fair price .plus the hot taters tots you can get with your sub and a drink .
