I came in last week with a friend and we both shared the chicken Caesar wrap. The wrap was absolutely delicious!!! It was the best chicken Caesar wrap I’ve ever had & I’ve had plenty of them. You wouldn’t even know it was plant based chicken. I also had the berry bliss smoothie & my friend had the Aruban sun. Both of them were made FRESH right in front of me. None of that powder mess!
The young lady in the front gave great customer service. She went over everything with us to make sure we got something liked.
Great service & wonderful food. It’s also blacked owned, so that’s always a beautiful thing to see!

Owner will beg you not to return instead of fixing bigger issues he has with staffing, running out of ingredients then cancelling orders because he wants to close at 3 instead of 4 like the website says. Never answers the phones to deal with things head on. Food is hit or miss. He makes recommendations based off what he feels like making, my firsthand experience.

this place is phenomenal, I tried their jerk vegan burger and honestly it brought wizard burger to shame, it’s so well seasoned. I’m still trying to wrap my head around how this isn’t really meat. As for my juice, I ordered the Aruban sun, it’s refreshing not too sweet, and motivates me to get my money up so I can actually go somewhere tropical.

Absolutely fabulous & delicious. On an Empire State Trail bicycle trip, we ate B’fast here twice in a week in August. B’fast selections were plentiful and all good! Service and ambiance (terrific morning jazz when we were there) was superb! Excellent cappuccino too! We plan to eat here again on our next pass through Troy in Sept. No doubter!

We were looking for some healthy breakfast options downtown and stumbled across this place. It's inside a hotel and there is plenty of parking in the lot across the street.
It was run by a very friendly young man who took our orders at the counter. He offered to modify my acai bowl for me which I really appreciated. His French toast was also absolutely delicious!

When you buy food it's not always the same quantity. Never know the hours this place is open or closed. Yes they have it posted on door BUT never the same hours. This place is a crap shoot. Sometimes you get good customer service and sometimes you don't. I like to support minority businesses but this business is very inconsistent. Live & Learn.
