1st time I ate at Sonic. I was fortunate to get in the drive though when I did. After I ordered at least 7 or 8 cars pulled in behind me. The guy working the window was suddenly slammed with not much help. At least that's what it looked like. He was still polite and friendly. I made a humorous remark and he laughed as well. The location is not the best due to the crazy traffic on Hoosick st. But the food was not too bad

Getting a door dash delivery from this place is impossible. They take WAY TO LONG to cook the food. This place has been problematic for awhile with no sighs of corporate stepping in. Latham is alot better managed and organized.

Surprisingly didn’t have to wait too long for food here, BUT. We ordered a few things but I got the burger on Texas toast. A LOT of raw onions on both of our sandwiches, fries were real dark like old oil was used, pickle fries were super soggy and tater tots tasted off. I can’t explained the violent food poisoning I got that night. Thankfully it didn’t result in hospitalization and my girlfriend didn’t get sick, just me. Trust your gut on food, if it looks odd, tastes odd, or you have a bad feeling, don’t eat it. We won’t be going back.

Came in to a ghost town restaurant, had to ring a bell for service and was met by an employee bothered by our existence. The attitude and service made us feel unwanted. It was an absolutely empty place at dinner time. My son's birthday was today and it's all they wanted, they talked about it for a week before going to sonic... They don't want to ever go back because they felt so unwelcome. They are on the spectrum but have had 13 years of education to allow them a normal life. I am not sure what happened but your employee is rotten.

We had a 30+ minute wait in the drive through line with a total of 3 cars ahead of us.

We were not warned the wait would be long when we ordered.

I have upset young kids on an 8+ hour trip.

Never again.

Ordered two large drinks and a side of onion rings, guy at the window gave me a small and had an attitude when I mentioned it was supposed to be a large, completely missed ingredients in my drink the second time around. Onion rings were completely falling apart.
