By Far the worst Sonic I've ever visited! Why...1st - I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders(poor quality) & jalapeño poppers(also poor quality) which took an hour to get my food! 2nd - The food severely upset my stomach afterwards! 3rd - Dining room was unkempt & filthy! Lastly- Overheard several disgruntled customers as they waited a very long time to receive their orders as well! I definitely will not return to this establishment!!!

I am basing this review after we got our food. My daughter and I went to Sonic on Thursday night (we got there around 8:00). As I tend to do with new places, I will download the app to order on the app, which is what I did. I placed the order and paid and followed the directions. I went to stall 3 and we sat for about 25 minutes. I tried calling, but no answer. I then tried to go inside, but they close the doors at 8:00, this was close to 8:30. Then a worker was walking by and I asked for help. She said she would follow up, but did not come out. So after waiting another 5 to 10 minutes, we went to the drive thru. I told the worker the situation and he was very professional and said to pull up and will take care of us. We pulled up and I saw the other worker preparing our drinks. They ended up giving us another order of chicken tenders and gave us large onion rings and drinks (instead of medium that I ordered). The food was fresh and actually the extra chicken tenders made my daughter's night, so the reason for the review. I will definitely give this location another try. They were down at least one person, so I get it.

Awful service. I placed an order online. I tried to check in and couldn't. I waited five minutes at the stall. No one showed, so I switched to the drive through only to be told that they didn't see the order when it initially came in. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I wrote this review while waiting. I won't be coming back here again.

Spent half an hour in the drive thru for the entire order to be wrong as we drive out. Then had to sit in line AGAIN trying to get our money back because we were not going to wait for food again. I feel for the worker as he said they were short staffed, but we had items we didn’t order and missing items we ordered. Just a jumbled mess. Definitely will not visit this location again.Should not be an hour ordeal to get our order and then try to get our money back.

Please hire more staff so that the inside of the store remains open at the times indicated and false advertising allegations do not have to be pursued.If it is too difficult to hire enough staff and retain them then this location should be closed down for a more efficient restaurant who values accurate communication.

Wouldn't call this lettuce! Buns were soaking wet! I can't seem to figure out why so decided to look inside. What a shame! Little flakes of lettuce maybe picked off a cutting board . Ends of tiny tomatoesWhen this place first opened, it was so nice to see someone taught that old fashioned southern hospitality. Now they couldn't care less about anything.

No more Sonic for me. I have had an issue in the past with the Sonic in Troy. This will be the last time. I ordered a small Sonic Blast and a double cheeseburger off of the below $4 menu. The total came to $13.05. I asked them why it was so much since the items should have been $5.09 and $3.49. He said, "Oh, you wanted a junior cheeseburger?" I said, "No," and he explained that I ordered a different sandwich, which I didn't. He assured me it was a bigger sandwich and so I was fine spending a little extra. I shouldn't have trusted him as this is what I received. I hate writing negative reviews, but this is just ridiculous. Sonic, this sandwich should not cost $6.99, and train your employees better.
