“Chelsie Ann Went above and beyond for me today. she is such a sweet person to have at your drive-through window. Her voice sounds like she belongs as an air flight attendant. She was calm so very polite and very accommodating. I requested extra cold foam, and she had put it in a Venti cup for me, which is the nicest gesture I’ve ever had done for me at a Starbucks! Usually, I will get less coffee and more cold foam, but this time it was exactly what I had hoped for with the right amount of coffee and the right amount of cold foam! she made my day after an appointment and I could never have asked for better customer service at your establishment. I would drive out of my way to go to the Starbucks any day compared to the ones that are around me locally thank you to this wonderful woman who deserves recognition and success. ❤️ I think the best thing about it too was that she wasn’t just this way with me, but she was that sweet and nice with the person before me and after me too kindness goes so far!“
