This place is comfortable with violating your constitutional protected right to privacy with you doctor. If you go here and get asked to provided medical information in order to receive service, please video tape the encounter for your lawyer that you hire to sue them for Civil Rights violation. You don’t deserve to be discriminated against over your medical status.
