I threw myself a little tea party as a kind of self date thing. I cannot recommend this place more. Such a cozy atmosphere and an amazing place. They know their tea and they do it amazingly. They have so many options it can get overwhelming but omg the servers give fantastic recommendations. I got the tea sampler and I didn't expect to get 4 full tea pots of teas to try. They require customers to purchase shipping insurance in case a package is lost, which feels like a hidden fee rather than a standard business practice. It raises concerns about whether the company has ongoing delivery issues. I’m waiting to see if my package arrives, but a company offering online orders should stand behind and guarantee its own delivery instead of shifting that responsibility to the customer.
