“We hosted a dinner for our reunion weekend here with over 30 people. Atlas Bowl was so accommodating and really worked hard to make this large group possible. I was so impressed with the wait staff. This was the first event of the reunion, so everyone was excited to see each other and was moving around, switching tables, and the waitress kept up with all the movement! Professional, great food, kind and fun bowling!“

“We drive from Bedminster to this place every year and it gets better every time, we took the tour with Hannah and she made us feel the magic and love that this place puts in their Cider Craft. Try everything but make sure that besides the cider you eat here have the Board and the pulled pork! And take a bottle of Pommeau home“

“This place is not to be missed. Best food found at any brewery! Great variety of food without being too complicated. Everything is sourced locally. Something for vegetarians and meat eaters. The roast beef sandwich is off the hook. Tender as butter. Pizza is perfectly thin and chewy with a generous amount of toppings. Not soggy just… perfect. The drink menu is wonderful. Something for everyone and the best in its class. From the multifaceted root beer, to the effervescent ginger beer to a broad selection of various styles of beer, including a sour and specialty barrel aged limited editions, this place has it all. Not into beer? that’s ok because they hv creative cocktails and a crisp dry easily drank cider as well. The ambiance is chill and creative. There’s bar space or tables to suit ur mood. When the weather is warmer they hv a patio that is large, inviting and nicely styled. Pups are welcome outside too! Looking forward to trivia night on Wed and working my way thru the menu. Haven’t been this impressed with a menu and its implications in a long time. The folks who work at IBC are so kind, patient, well informed and enthusiastic.
