We just stopped by to get a happy meal, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! I don't really eat Mcdonald's, so I can't rate the food, but everyone was really courteous and so nice to us! Kudos to them! This is what customer service is all about!

This place was an absolute s$&* show. From the minute we walked in, people were complaining about their orders. One after one, the staff messed up each order before getting to us. Then by the time they got our order, it didn’t exist. They gave our food to another family and had to start our order from scratch. (This was about 20 minutes later)This is really the only game in town, but other than stopping to use the bathroom, I would recommend skipping it altogether.They should have comped our meal, but they only offered a free pie. Wow.

SUPER slow service!! SO slow, in fact--there was an elderly couple that waited over 15 minutes JUST to place their order because the workers completely IGNORED them. Another potential guest waited in line 10 minutes behind the elderly couple only to walk back out without placing an order. INEXCUSABLE behavior from these employees!! There were only 3 other people besides my family of 4 that were eating inside the restaurant!! I understand they have an active drive-thru, and online orders as well--but you HAVE to be considerate of your inside paying guests as well!!!!
