Mike at PorkBusters and his team's catering of our daughter's post wedding Adirondack BBQ was a homerun in every regard. Mike's flexibility with my constant changes (party kept growing!) was a relief during a chaotic time. Every side dish (Mac and cheese, beans, potato salad and Cole slaw) was delicious and we are still getting comments on the sliced brisket!
