I’ve never one in my life left a google review on any item, place, or experience, but I HAVE to for this. I’ve been going to this Panera on and off over several years, and I don’t know what’s happened - if this particular location is cursed or something - but DO. NOT. GO HERE.
Multiple orders have had missing items (an entire bread bowl, a cookie, half a sandwhich) as well as countless mistakes (wrong sandwhich, wrong drinks) I even had the manager once watch me open my to go bag (I check every time now) take out what was supposed to be a full sandwhich, tell me “Don’t worry it’s a full - I watched them make it.” While I was HOLDING. HALF. In my hand.
The wait in the drive through is historically 20 to 30 minutes. Sometimes you get lucky with walking in to get pick up, other times you go in and it’s a line to the door and you watch some of the cashiers (?) managers (?) walk around and look lost - sometimes they just hang out in the back to just? Talk and vibe?
I don’t know if it’s because they seem to hire a lot of teenagers at this location - I have all the empathy in the world for those working in fast food, especially young people. I actually don’t have any hard feelings for them in particular. But when you are paying +$16 for a sandwhich and not even a full cup of soup, constantly having to hound this location to get your order right or fix what they didn’t get right, it exceeds giving the benefit of a doubt and enters whatever this location is doing and becomes unacceptable.
I just got a delivery order with a kitchen sink cookie missing. The driver was lovely, the food was fine, but I still threw $3 to get air in a bag. This will be the last time I ever come here again.

Don’t ever ever EVER order DoorDash from them. Each time they mess up my order or it’s made horribly. Tonight they completely left out the bread for the broccoli cheddar bread bowl… and the sandwich was soggy and over saturated. I really don’t know what their problem is

Panera Bread absolutely delivered today, and I’m honestly impressed with how well this location is run. From the moment I walked in, everything looked clean, organized, and inviting. The displays were fully stocked, the bakery case looked fresh, and the coffee station was spotless — something you don’t always see during busy hours. You can tell the staff here takes real pride in how the store looks.
The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was on point. My order came out quickly, perfectly prepared, and exactly as expected. The baguettes and pastries looked amazing — I snapped a few photos because this setup truly deserves recognition.
Service was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Even with a steady flow of customers, the team kept things moving without making anyone feel rushed. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal.
As a reviewer who visits a lot of places across the Hudson Valley, I can confidently say this Panera stands out for consistency, cleanliness, and quality. If you’re looking for a dependable place to grab breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee break, this location deserves all five stars.

Friendly staff but airport cafe prices for half sandwich and chips. Also, menu prices are exceedingly misleading. It says pick 2 for a price. But the price is doubled if you actually pick both. WTH. Skip unless pressed for time while shopping. Coffee is good.

I go to panera on my lunch break. I wait on the drive through like for 25 minutes and they only server 2 cars. Too bad I couldn't get my food in time because I had to head back to work to clock back in. This is the 3rd time in the past couple months this has happened so I will not be returning back there again.

Everytime order ahead and go through drive through, still wait 30 mins or more. And the order is never right when I do finally get it. Lost a customer. I’m done
Honestly same response as the guest’s below me. This Panera is a filthy mess in every aspect you can imagine. Quality of food is not fresh with the exception of the lettuce(this time around). Where the heck is management? I just see a bunch of teens running the place with no supervision. There are enough people on the clock to at least have someone bus around and take the mounding piles of garbage out, wipe surfaces, sweep etc. Not an appealing experience.

Went to eat tonight 10/25/ 25 the restaurant was empty first thing I see is the place is a mess floors garbage all over. I wait at the register for 5 minutes while tge employee is talking to two friends then realizes oh wait I have a customer. After ordering I proceed to get my drink and again garbage everywhere counters are a mess. I coukd understand if the place was busy but there were 5 customers. Then I go to find a table we'll of course they were all dirty and the booth seats most of them had huge rides in them after cleaning my own table I waited for my buzzer to go off. When I picked up my food not a friendly face any where and my sandwich was not good at all. Very poorly run if there was a manager there no were to be found. I well not be returning to that location.

Wish I could give 0 zero stars! We traveled many miles from other state to attend workshops. Just wanted a simple grilled cheese and asked for cheddar. No cheddar and the American cheese was so thin I want to call this a bread grilled cheese. Barely grilled and just awful !!!!

We visited this location on Friday 3/10/25 In afternoon and we ordered toasted garden crepes sandwich and it was not properly made as per description instead of fresh arugula they used lettuce and not even let us know. And too much dressing was on the sandwich.
