EDIT: it gets worse - went to the bathrooms to find literal poop on the toilet seat a flies flying around it. like an outhouse. garbages and plates in the dining area have not been cleaned in hours and piles are towering over

I don’t usually eat here, I usually get the broccoli cheddar soup from ShopRite or Walmart but I tried the French onion soup thing… it was pretty alright for a lil soup spot, I can’t expect much. But I enjoyed the environment and experience with my girl. It’s decent for Kingston cuz most food places out here SUCK!!!

The amount of mistakes this restaurant makes is insane. Every delivery order I've placed is missing items and there's nothing they can do about it. Every thing I customize has at least one ingredient not added or an extra ingredient removed, which I normally just understand, but every single time is ridiculous. Then when you're dining in there is also that lady who walks around standing over your table, staring at you while you're chewing food to ask how everything tastes.

Told them I had a dairy allergy- I’ll get really sick even if there is cross contamination, ordered just a latte with almond milk. They put real milk in it and I got very very sick. Throat closed and everything. Had to run to CVS for medicine. Staff were all joking and messing around in the back, only one girl on the register, waited in line for a refund for quite a while. It’ll be dunkin for coffee from now on.

After 4 days of stormy New England weather, we venture into the Hudson River Valley by car, and the sun comes out. Seemed like the perfect time to stop by a Panera for some bread and SOUP! And soup I had -- a chicken noodle in a bread bowl. Amd lemme tell ya, the bread bowl was toasted to a perfect light brown crisp. It hit the spot!

I got the chicken Roma bagel via the drive thru. By the time I started eating it I was across town. Something didn’t taste right and now I realize they didn’t put the green goddess sauce on it. So disappointed

Food was good but 1/2 of my order was missing. Didn’t realize until I got home. Ordered an adult vegetarian meal and a kids meal Mac and cheese with apple juice or milk, got no kids meal, only a bag of apple slices and an apple and no beverage. I was so annoyed, because I picked it up for my grandson’s lunch playdate. When the sitter took him to the playdate, she called and notified me that there was only an adult meal in the bag, along with some apple slices and an apple, but nothing else. I was so upset; but we were both already too far away from the Panera location to complain and return. She ended up buying him lunch and I refunded her the money. Panera, u need to do better.

This location always has problems. The facility is frequently dirty and many times get the order wrong. The last three times we went there was no soap in either of the bathrooms. Makes me wonder how employees are washing their hands. Also tried speaking to the manager after they messed up our order three times add they were just as rude as the associate behind the counter. The manager literally said we have remade it for you three times What else do you want. We proceeded to show him the Greek salad without feta and the Cobb salad suit avocado and asked if that was normal. He finally just said I will give them to you for nothing. We were not looking for anything for free, just wanted to get our orders right and have him apologize and not give us an attitude. I checked and found out they also have prior issues with food safety issues. I am Kingston frequently and like Panera so have put up with it, but this is a shame that this is what everyone accepts because it is so common place.

My wife and I went to grab Panera for her lunch we placed an order on the kiosk after that we waited about 30 mins for our food. After continuously watching the name of our order go down the list , we didn’t receive our food and we asked for a refund and the receipt for the refunded order. i had to sadly bring her back to work with no food. Panera is trying to put my relationship at risk.
