The drinks are always hot and done right. The problem is the staff that work there. 8 out of 10 times they are truly mean and awful. My partner will be the one running in to get our drinks and he is mute. He will have what we want to order on the note pad and will show it to the staff. This Starbucks is close to MSK, Kellenberg and Hosfstra. It's busy at any given time during the day. I was there yesterday and walked in with about 15 teenagers in front of me. Almost left but was really thirsty. Surprisingly, I was out in less than 10 mins with 4 drinks. The baristers and cashiers worked so efficiently.
