This is my second time visiting this location & the same woman serving me gave me the same problem. This time I really almost lost my appetite & left. The best way to describe her is an older Hispanic woman. She had a problem giving me extra rice after only putting two scoops of rice in my bowl. This place is a mess. Food is all over the place and dried spit on the glass separator. They can't take an order properly and just fill the bowl with what they want. Then they try to overcharge you intentionally and pretend to make a mistake when you catch them. This is not the first time Chipotle charged me the incorrect amount. If I didn't know any better, I would think this is standard practice.
