We love dining at the Ambasador! Brought friends last week from out of town and it’s their new favorite restaurant in Utica. The owner and our waiter Anthony are very attentive to their customers!

The restaurant has amazing Italian food, such as the local riggies and much other food, the atmosphere is just like a classical Mediterranean style right where it sets the tone for the food, the staff and owners are very friendly people who are kind hearted and appreciative I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who comes to Utica or is a local looking to have a night out I would recommend this to everyone if I could.

Such a great spot! The food is delicious, and the service is always on point. Fadil, the owner goes out of his way to make sure that every guest is enjoying their meal and drinks. He’s always checking in to make sure everything’s perfect, and he even offers a complimentary drink/dessert out of kindness.

If you are looking for that old school Italian restaurant of years ago, then this is the place for you. The food is excellent. The service is phenomenal! We love going here. We just hosted a party here and everyone raved about it! 10 out of 10!

Ordered the hot antipasto (1st pic) for an appetizer. Very unique dish that no other restaurant has on their menu. Excellent and highly recommend. For entrees, wife and I ordered veal ambassador (2nd pic) and veal saltimbocca (3rd pic). Both amazing and very flavorful. Our waitress, I think her name was Myla. (Sorry, if I butchered your name) was top notch and very attentive. The decor could have been a bit more lively and a touch brighter with the lighting. However, a very minor gripe. I was really there for the service and food.

Thoroughly enjoyed my salmon ambasador and Utica greens ? fresh, hot, and had actual flavor. Staff was friendly, timely and attentive. I will definitely look to come back in my future travels.
