Based on customer reviews, Black Rice Thai Cuisine (Halal) is an extremely amazing place. The food and service are well deserved of 5 stars. The dishes are delicious, with the same quality, tasty dishes as their former locations. Their Pad Thai is fantastic, and the Thai Boat Noodle Salad is delicious. The Khao Soi with beef steak is incredibly delicious, and the lo mein is full of flavor. The menu is Halal, so customers feel very safe. The restaurant feels warm and cozy, with a simple & basic but clean atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and nice, and the waitress is super sweet and very attentive. The Tiger boba tea and bubble tea are perfect. Customers are eager to come back and recommend this place.
